DA: After drug arraignment and release, Island man leads NYPD on wild chase, tosses meth from moving car

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Staten Island man with a history of dealing drugs and gang activity is headed back to prison.

Tyshawn Williams, 32, of Roxbury Street in Mariners Harbor, pleaded guilty Wednesday in state Supreme Court, St. George, to third-degree possession of a controlled substance in connection with a pair incidents last year, court records show.

Per his plea agreement with prosecutors, Williams is scheduled to face five years in prison, followed by three years of post-release supervision. Justice Lisa Grey adjourned the case to March 21 for sentencing.
