Orange County Partnership begins to market Dick’s Concrete site

PORT JERVIS – The City of Port Jervis and the Orange County Partnership are preparing to market the former Dick’s Concrete site for advanced manufacturing.

Halahan said the site has heavy infrastructure, proximity to Interstate 84 and access to labor.
