Two suspects who shot a man to death in Brooklyn on Wednesday night remain at large, police reported.
According to police sources, officers from the 71st Precinct rushed to 47 McKeever Place, near the Ebbets Field apartment complex, after receiving reports that several shots rang out at around 6:54 p.m.
Arriving officers discovered 33-year-old Lamine Bah, an Ebbets Field resident, slumped just outside the location with a gunshot wound to his head.
EMS rushed Bah to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police believe two men had closed in on Bah, then fired a flurry of shots at him and hightailing it.
An Ebbets Field resident said he heard the whole thing from the 20th floor of his building, and dialed 911.
“I heard three rapid pop, pop, pops, then I called 911,” Musmail said. “I knew something was wrong.”
Investigators worked late into the night combing over the area for evidence. No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
