The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a local woman following an investigation at a village business.
According to a news release, Annette Sepulveda, 44, of Waterloo was arrested for DWI and backing unsafely.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on February 24, where police responded to a local business for an unrelated 911 call.
Police responded and were assisted by the Seneca Falls Police Department and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. As police investigated the possible disturbance that they were dispatched to, they determined that Sepulveda operated her vehicle while intoxicated, and backed into an SFPD cruiser.
She was issued tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
