Deputies arrested a Newark man following a suspicious incident investigation over the weekend.
On Sunday, around 7 a.m. deputies arrested Kyle Mein, 23, for driving under the influence of narcotics.
Deputies were called to a suspicious condition, in which he was sitting in a parking lot of a gas station in Lyons.
They performed standardized field sobriety tests, then took Mein into custody. He was charged with DWI and operating a vehicle impaired by drugs.
Mein was released on appearance tickets after being processed.
