“Iron Mike” Tyson will be dusting off the gloves and stepping back into the ring for a bout against a much younger opponent — social media and boxing influencer Jake Paul, the Daily News is reporting.
The former champ will turn 58 several weeks before the fight, while Paul is 27.
Netflix will be streaming the event live from Arlington, Texas, on July 20.
“It’s JAKE PAUL vs. MIKE TYSON — yes, really! — in a LIVE BOXING event at AT&T Stadium,” Netflix posted on X (formerly known as Twitter). “You won’t want to miss.”
Tyson last faced Roy Jones Jr. in a 2020 exhibition match that ended in a draw.
