On Sunday, March 10, the 26th Annual Sunday Supper at Restaurant DANIEL saw a convergence of culinary excellence and philanthropy as esteemed guests gathered to support Citymeals on Wheels. Hosted by Citymeals Board Chair Chef Daniel Boulud, the event proved to be a resounding success, raising over $1.2 million in support of providing meals for New York Cityโs homebound elderly population.
The evening was a celebration of fine dining and generosity, with guest chefs from around the world lending their talents to create an unforgettable culinary experience. William Bradley from Addison, San Diego; Stฤphane Grattier from Boulangerie Christophe, Georgetown, Washington, DC; Virgilio Martinez from Central, Lima, Peru; Mawa McQueen from Mawaโs Kitchen, Aspen, CO; and Marlene Vieira from Marlene, Lisbon, Portugal, joined forces with Chef Daniel Boulud to craft an exceptional menu.

During the cocktail hour, attendees were treated to a tantalizing array of canapรฉs, including Chef William Bradleyโs Chicken Liver Churro with Bitter Chocolate and Chef Marlene Vieiraโs Tuna Tartare Pani Puri.
The lavish three-course dinner featured culinary delights such as Chef Virgilio Martinezโs Scallop & Langoustine with sea grapes and seaweed cracker, Chef Marlene Vieiraโs Bacalhau Portuguศs with creamy cockle rice ร Bulhao Pato, and Chef William Bradleyโs A5 Kagoshima Wagyu with lengua and miso-eggplant.
