10 most expensive homes sold on the Mid-Island, Mar. 4-10

A house on Staten Island that sold for $1.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales on the Mid-Island in the past week.

In total, 25 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $698,724. The average price per square foot was $462.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of March 4 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $540K, condominium at 73A Lovell Ave.

The 1,158 square-foot condominium at 73A Lovell Ave. has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in February and the total purchase price was $540,000, $466 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1986. The deal was finalized on Feb. 23.
