Staten Island resident finds dozens of unopened, unused syringes in St. George

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — It’s not every day that you stumble across an unopened box of syringes out in public on your way to work.

However, that’s exactly what Rob Foran, a senior care assistant from Tompkinsville, found on a chair in a seating area near the National Lighthouse Museum in St. George Wednesday morning.
