NEW PALTZ- Ulster BOCES is hosting its first-ever hiring event on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The recruitment fair will be held at the Ulster BOCES Jane Bullowa Conference Center, which is located at 175 Route 32 North in New Paltz.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore and apply for jobs across multiple departments—including instructional and support positions available on the Ulster BOCES summer school teams. Openings include hourly, substitute, seasonal, and full-time positions.
Job-seekers will have the chance to engage with representatives from the diverse departments within Ulster BOCES, which include student-based programs, technology, information management, instructional program and professional development, business and operations, and more. Student-based programs include those in special education, adult education, and career and technical education.
A regional certification officer will also be on hand to answer questions about the various pathways available for those seeking to become newly certified in a particular field as well as those interested in becoming certified to advance their careers. In addition, a representative from Ulster County Department of Personnel will be present to address inquiries about the Civil Service process and positions.
