Centro bus strikes, kills man in Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. — A 69-year-old man was struck and killed by a Centro bus Monday evening in Syracuse, police said.

Syracuse police responded around 7:40 p.m. to the collision at South Salina and Temple streets, according to Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a department spokesperson. He said the bus driver remained on scene and was cooperative.
