Investigators are working to determine what started a fire Monday in Eggertsville that caused $400,000 in damage.
Fire officials received a 911 call at 10:31 a.m. Monday reporting smoke emanating from a kitchen at the residence at 224 Hedstrom Drive.ย
When officials arrived, they noticed heavy smoke coming from the house. The fire was brought under control at 11:44 a.m., they said.ย
Snyder Fire Department reported structure and contents damage worth $200,000 each.ย
Officials reported no injuries caused by the fire.
The cause of fire is still under investigation.ย
