Staten Island CHSAA softball: Ashley Weisenstein dominates in more than one way as Sea cruises to victory

Ashley Weisenstein had a season-opener to remember.

The junior not only fired a no-hitter, but she finished with three hits and four RBI as St. Joseph by-the-Sea registered a 12-1 CHSAA victory over host St. Joseph Hill Wednesday at St. Teresa’s Field in Sunnyside.
