STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The “Impractical Jokers” are hitting the road again.
Beginning this Saturday, the world-famous comedians from Staten Island — that’s Brian “Q” Quinn, James “Murr” Murray and Sal Vulcano, for those of you somehow still not in the know — are embarking on the next chapter of their nationwide “Drive Drive Drive Drive Drive” tour. According to Murr, audiences can expect the classic hijinx the “Jokers” are known for — along with some special content, like hidden-camera challenges shot specifically for the live shows that won’t be seen anywhere on TV. You’ve got a bunch of Staten Islanders performing,” said Murr. “The ‘Impractical Jokers’ cannot be separated from our roots of Staten Island. It’s in our DNA. You might get a couple of Mall jokes, we might mention that Nunzio’s is now closed, we’ll figure it out.”
Fans in New York City will get a chance to see the group perform live at Radio City Music Hall — their seventh overall appearance at the historic venue — on May 5, a show Murr and the boys are particularly excited about.
“It never, ever gets old,” said…
