Seneca Falls police say a local man who was arrested earlier this week for the second time after violating a court order, was arrested a third time on Wednesday.
Brandon Ferris, 31, of Seneca Falls is accused of violating a court order by sending messages to the protected party. Earlier this week Ferris threatened to slit the victim’s throat during another domestic incident.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Both charges are felonies.
Police said the new charges rose to felony status because of the previous incidents.
He was arrested in fall 2023, then again late last month.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
