Syracuse N.Y. — In a cool drizzle about 1500 runners started the 46th annal Mountain Goat Race. The 10-mile run began on South Salina St. near Clinton Square and ended in the same place in downtown Syracuse, snaking through the city’s southeast and southwest sides.
