A homeless man was arrested after threatening a woman over the phone on June 11, despite a protective order against him.
Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended Theodore McMinn, 56, for violating the stay-away order.
McMinn was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt.
He’s scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
