All eastbound lanes of the Castleton Bridge and exit 21A off the Thruway are closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday as part of the bridge’s multiphase project, according to the New York State Thruway Authority.
The temporary closure is part of the ongoing $50 million project to replace and repair the surface of the bridge, which spans Coeymans and Schodack across the Hudson River, a spokesperson for the Thruway Authority said.
Eastbound traffic can access the Berkshire Spur by taking Thruway Exit 23 to Interstate 787 to I-90 East, the Thruway Authority advised.
