CANTON – Sen. Dan Stec, R-Glens Falls, will have a satellite office in the county courthouse.
In the wake of state redistricting, Stec’s constituent area was expanded to include the majority of the county. His district spans St. Lawrence, Franklin, Warren, Clinton, Essex, and Washington counties, making it geographically difficult to connect with communities.

Staffing the office will be former St. Lawrence County Sheriff Kevin Wells, and Mark Brouillette, both of whom reside in St. Lawrence County.
The office in Room B46 will be open at hours to be determined in the near future.
Also in attendance was former state Sen. Patty Ritchie, Stec’s Chief of Staff Deb Capezzuti and Lauri Marr, Development Authority of the North Country public affairs director.
