Erik Geizer is the CEO of The Arc New York, an organization that supports 60,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in every county of New York state.
Geizer accepted the position about two years ago, although he’s been with the organization for the last decade. The Ballston Lake resident — who lives about a mile from his childhood home — has worked in the human services field for about 25 years, both in state government and in the private sector.
He says he loves applying his background and education to “help others live their best possible lives.”
