CATSKILL – Three state prison inmates are facing charges while behind bars for other crimes.
Dontavious Wiley, 35, an inmate at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility, entered a guilty plea to attempted promoting prison contraband. He was in possession of two pieces of plexiglass sharpened into a weapon.
He will be sentenced to a consecutive term of state prison at a later date.
Keinn Moore, 22, a prisoner at Coxsackie Correctional, was arraigned on an indictment charging him with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate. He is accused of throwing urine and feces at a corrections officer while serving time at the prison.
Erik Carrasquillo, 35, incarcerated at Greene Correctional Facility, was arraigned on an indictment charging him with promoting prison contraband. He is accused of possessing a sharpened weapon while serving time at the prison.
