Two innocent teens were wounded by stray bullets fired by two shooters outside a Brooklyn deli Wednesday morning, police said.
The victims were outside the deli on the corner of Franklin Ave. and Easter Parkway โ just two blocks from Prospect Park โ when two gunmen opened fire about 9:30 a.m., cops said. The Franklin Ave./Medgar Evers College subway stop is also at that corner.
A 17-year-old boy was hit in the left leg while a 16-year-old girl was shot in the right leg, cops said. A panicked 15-year-old girl running from the scene fell and twisted her ankle.
The intended target was not struck, according to cops.
Two teen gunmen were seen running down Eastern Parkway as the smoke cleared. One was wearing a hooded shirt and black clothing, cops said. His accomplice was wearing a red hooded shirt and gray jeans.
No arrests have been made.
