Nazareth revealed its transformation into Nazareth University this week, marked by a name change and an updated logo.
The name change, which legally took effect on June 1, precedes the institution’s milestone 100th anniversary in 2024.
According to Nazareth officials the change reflects Nazareth’s existing status, offering a diverse range of university-level degree programs.
This transition was approved by the New York State Board of Regents in February.
