Man fatally struck by Brooklyn subway train while walking on tracks

A man walking on the tracks inside a Brooklyn subway station was fatally struck by a train, police said Monday.

The J train’s motorman, heading toward Queens, saw the victim on the tracks inside the Lorimer St. station about 10 p.m. Sunday but could not stop in time, cops said.

The victim died at the scene after being hit by train.

He had no identification on him and cops are working to determine his identity.
