Police say an Ithaca man was taken into custody in Seneca Falls after skipping an important court date.
Zachary Seymour, 27, had been previously arrested and convicted for third-degree burglary, petit larceny, and conspiracy.
Then, after he failed to appear in Town Court for sentencing.
A bench warrant was issued for Seymourโs arrest and during the overnight hours he was taken into custody.
