Ithaca man skips burglary sentencing in Seneca Falls court

Police say an Ithaca man was taken into custody in Seneca Falls after skipping an important court date.

Zachary Seymour, 27, had been previously arrested and convicted for third-degree burglary, petit larceny, and conspiracy.

Then, after he failed to appear in Town Court for sentencing.

A bench warrant was issued for Seymourโ€™s arrest and during the overnight hours he was taken into custody.
