Deputies say a Sodus man was taken into custody on Tuesday following a warrant investigation.
Alfred Sebring, 35, of Sodus is accused of resisting arrest when officers took him into custody following a January incident.
As result he was charged with obstruction and resisting arrest. He was issued an appearance ticket, then failed to appear in local court.
On Tuesday, Sebring turned himself in to authorities. He was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
