WAWARSING – The odor of smoke was once again noticeable as well as smog that’s entering our region because of ongoing Canadian wildfires.
The air is not supposed to be as unhealthy as it was the last time, but it is still advised that people with respiratory problems or pre-existing conditions should limit their outdoor activities.
AirNow.Gov says, “People with heart disease, older adults, children and teens should reduce strenuous outdoor activities.”
The air quality could be worse on Thursday, health officials said.
