Deputies arrested a Rome man following a larceny investigation in Ontario.
According to a news release, Timothy Joanis, 32, was charged with petit larceny after stealing a tumbler from the Dunkin’ store on Furnace Road.
He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
