New York State Park Police say they are investigating a bomb threat made at Saratoga Performing Arts Center Saturday night.
The threat led officials to cancel a Noel Gallagher concert shortly before the singer was supposed to take the stage.
โOut of an abundance of caution, the concert at Saratoga Performing Arts Center was suspended โชat 9:40 pm and concert attendees were evacuated without incident,โ park police posted on Facebook Sunday. โK9s completed a sweep of the venue after the crowd exited, with negative results.โ
Police are investigating the threat as a felony.
Live Nation has not responded to a request for more information.
The concert promoter posted on Facebook Sunday morning about tonightโs KidzBop concert. That post was flooded with comments asking about the Gallagher show, which Live Nation has not addressed.

After performances by openers Metric and Garbage, Gallagher was poised to take the stage. An announcement around 10 p.m. said the show would not continue due to โcircumstances beyond our control,โ according to a report from Jim Shahen at the Albany Times-Union.
A message was put on screens telling people to exit the venue.
โWe have no idea what happened tonight,โ Garbage posted on its official Twitter account. โWe were just all evacuated and we were concerned for everyone !!! Iโm sorry we have no real information. We were just told there was an emergency evacuation!!!!โ
According to CBS6 in Albany, police were seen blocking the entrances to the venue.
The next show scheduled at SPAC is KidzBop on Sunday, July 9. Dave Matthews Band performs on July 14 and 15.
