Update as of 10 p.m.: Power has been restored in Cicero and Clay according to the National Grid power outage map.
Cicero, N.Y. — Over 2,000 people are without power in Cicero and around 130 are in the dark in Clay, according to National Grid.
A utility pole fire was reported on Mud Mill Road between Beach and Lakeshore roads around 9:14 p.m., according to dispatches from the Onondaga County 911 Center. Shortly after the power went out on people in Clay and Cicero.
In Cicero, 2,182 people are without power and 137 in Clay, according to the National Grid power outage map. The power is expected to be restored at 12:15 a.m., according to the map.
