Authorities are investigating a one-car rollover crash that happened late-Sunday afternoon in Yates County.
Gregory Johnson, 40, of Naples was traveling on State Route 245 when he lost control of the vehicle, struck a tree stump, and overturned.
First responders say he was taken to an area hospital by ambulance.
There was a 13-year-old inside the vehicle at the time of the crash, but was not hospitalized.
Law enforcement indicated on Monday that charges would be pending the outcome of an investigation.
