State police say a Rochester man was arrested in Seneca County after a traffic complaint.
Sean Yantz, 42, was arrested for aggravated DWI and other traffic violations after a traffic complaint on State Route 414.
When troopers arrived in the area to investigate the complaint, they found Yantz operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
