Watershed Brewing Company is set to introduce its signature craft beer experience to the Finger Lakes region with the grand opening of an expansive new brewery and taproom. Occupying 11,000 square feet on the northeastern side of Seneca Lake, the grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, July 22.
“We are ecstatic to finally unveil our state-of-the-art brewery nestled in the heart of the picturesque Finger Lakes region,” said Ken Greenwood, Co-Owner of Watershed Brewing. “Since taking the reins in March, our team has diligently improved the site and brewed an exceptional range of beers. We can’t wait to introduce our hard work to a larger audience.”
The new establishment aims to enhance the local communities of Geneva and Seneca Lake by committing to sustainability and delivering a world-class craft beer experience. Co-Owner Lisa Greenwood shared her excitement, stating, “We eagerly anticipate sharing our unique flavors and experiences with the local community, the wider Finger Lakes region, and visitors to our stunning area.”
Set in a beautifully renovated dairy barn on a sprawling 17-acre plot with a sweeping view of Seneca Lake, Watershed’s brewery and taproom boast an atmosphere as appealing as the beverages it offers. The Greenwoods have ambitious plans for future renovations and upgrades to their venue, intending to create a unique destination where craft beer aficionados can revel in their passions.
Following its grand opening, the taproom will open its doors seven days a week during the summer months, with grand opening hours scheduled from 11am to 9pm.
