No chance? Buffalo Bills disrespected by ESPN panel

The Buffalo Bills have not been the hot topic in the AFC East this offseason as it has become trendy for analysts to pick either the New York Jets or Miami Dolphins to win the division that the Bills have won for three consecutive years.

Wednesday morning on ESPNโ€™s โ€œGet Up!,โ€ hosted by Mike Greenberg, a group of analysts, including Louis Riddick, Domonique Foxworth, and Harry Douglas, discussed which team will win the AFC East in 2023.

Riddick and Foxworth went with the Miami Dolphins, and Douglas and Greenberg went with the team led by new quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the New York Jets.

Louis Riddick did mention that he doesnโ€™t think anybody is sleeping on the Bills, even though he doesnโ€™t believe they will win the division this season.

โ€œI donโ€™t think anybody is sleeping on Buffalo,โ€ Riddick stated. โ€œI mean, we know the Buffalos are good, we know that Josh (Allen) is good, we know that they need to take some of the load off of him as far as the run game is concerned, and make sure that longevity becomes something that is at the forefront of their minds. We also know that this is a football team that has shown cracks in the foundation.โ€

Foxworth, who also went in the direction of the Dolphins, believes the teams around the Bills in the AFC East have improved while the Bills have lagged.

โ€œI think their team is incredibly talented (Bills), but I donโ€™t think they are at their best right now,โ€ said Foxworth. โ€œThe teams around them feel like they are getting better, and I donโ€™t think the Bills are getting better. The best they can be is probably repeat what they were last year, and their core is aging and not aging in a good way.โ€

The Bills are currently not the flashy pick to win the division like the Dolphins and Jets are at the moment.
