Deputies: Ontario driver had BAC nearly three-times legal limit

Deputies arrested an Ontario resident for aggravated DWI after a traffic stop in Wayne County.

On Tuesday around 9:45 p.m. deputies arrested Kali Barringer, 38, for DWI, aggravated DWI, and other violations.

The charges stem from a traffic stop where Barringer failed field sobriety tests. After providing a breath sample โ€“ she was found to have a BAC of 0.22%.

Barringer will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
