STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Staten Island man has been arrested and charged in connection with a stabbing death in Mariners Harbor on Sunday, according to police.
Frank Rivera, 58, of Stapleton, was arrested on Tuesday and is accused of fatally stabbing 38-year-old Jonathan Winokur of Port Richmond. Rivera is facing murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon charges according to a written statement from the NYPD Deputy Commissioner for Public Information.
