Following an investigation into a 911 hang-up call in the Town of Ontario, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended Anthony D. Tuchrelo, 34, of Ontario.
The charges against Tuchrelo include one count each of criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment, and harassment.
Authorities allege Tuchrelo engaged in a physical confrontation, attacking another individual with repeated punches, and pinning the victim to the ground against their wishes.
The incident also reportedly led to property damage. After his arrest and processing, Tuchrelo was held at the Wayne County Jail, awaiting a CAP arraignment before the presiding judge.
