The Schuyler County Coalition on Underage Drinking and Drugs, dedicated to combatting youth substance abuse in the county, is set to lose a prominent member.
Finger Lakes News Radio first announced the exit on Wednensday.
Ward Brower, who has been pivotal in the organization as the Project Coordinator, announced he will resign from his position at the end of the month.
Brower will transition into an Academic Intervention teacher role with the Bradford School District. Apart from his advocacy work, Brower is also recognized for his contributions to collegiate sports, serving as an offensive line coach for the Cornell University football team.
