Winning TAKE 5 ticket worth $16,000 sold at Auburn gas station

A winning TAKE 5 ticket was sold in Auburn this week.

The ticket, as part of the evening drawing on August 28, was sold at the FASTRAC store on Grant Avenue.

Lottery officials said it was worth $16,912.50.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
