HEUVELTON — Heuvelton’s Labor Day “Spooktacular Parade” theme was a spectacular success, drawing hundreds to the small community on Sunday, Sept. 3.
Both young and old were dressed in Halloween-themed costumes.
Parade floats were decorated with jack-o-lanterns, skeletons, ghosts, witches, monsters, and more.
Several bands performed, including the Heuvelton Bulldogs Marching Band, Brockville Pipes and Drums, CNY Police and Fire Band, and Downbeat Percussion.
