Remington Museum a rest stop for Cycle the St. Lawrence event
The Frederic Remington Art Museum was a first aid/rest station for bikers participating in the Cycle the St. Lawrence event held Aug. 27, hosted by the Adirondack Foothills Cycling Club. The mission of the Club is to promote enjoyment, training, education, and advocacy for the sport of cycling to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds in Northern New York State. Cycle the St. Lawrence included a 100-mile route from Alexandria Bay east to Ogdensburg, then west along Black Lake to Clayton, with the finish line rounding out at Bonnie Castle.
