MONTICELLO – A two-car head-on crash on Route 42 in Monticello Wednesday night left one person dead, according to EMS personnel at the scene.
The accident in the area of 3240 Route 42, occurred around 8:30 p.m.
First responders said one other person was severely injured.
The incident is under investigation by police.
