South Shore Chinese restaurant opens new formal dining room with a new partner with a familiar name

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One South Shore mainstay recently amped up its food game. May and Anthony Lui renovated Hong Kong Kei One’s formal dining room. The husband-and-wife team also took on a new colleague, restaurateur Jac Mao of the eponymous Dongan Hills eatery.
