Police arrested a Palmyra man following an investigation over the weekend on Main Street.
According to a news release, Brenden Moquin, 19, of Palmyra was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol under the age of 21, after police made contact with him.
He had been observed urinating on a building near Main Street, according to police.
He was issued tickets returnable to local court.
