STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — It’s almost time to start saving on tons of items during Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days — and many tech items are already marked down.
The two-day holiday kickoff shopping event — taking place from Oct. 10-11 — will offer great deals across categories like fashion, home, toys, entertainment, food delivery and more. During the event, Prime members will have access to deep discounts across a wide selection of products for 48 hours straight.
Shoppers need to be a Prime member to cash in on the savings. If you’re not a Prime member yet, anyone can join and start a 30-day free trial at amazon.com to participate in the sale, get access to fast and free shipping, and enjoy entertainment benefits, like Prime Video, Prime Music and more.
Prime members pay an annual membership rate of $139 per year, or $14.99 per month. Prime student members pay $69 per year, or $7.49 per month. EBT and Medicaid recipients can snag a monthly rate of $6.99.

Apple iPhone 15 with Boost Mobile
Looking to upgrade to the latest Apple iPhone 15? Now you can pay $0 at checkout (other than taxes on full retail price and shipping charges) for a brand new Apple iPhone 15 with the Boost Infinite plan required starting at $60 a month. This requires activation and financing through Boost Infinite. The company will charge you $60 per month for unlimited talk, text and data. It also includes annual upgrades to get the latest iPhone every year directly from Boost Infinite.
And Walmart is also offering savings on an iPhone 15. According to the Advance/SILive’s sister site, NJ.com, the retailer has a deal that will save you up to $1,100 off the device — you just have to sign up for a rate plan with AT&T or Verizon.
