NORWOOD – Seaway Career & Technical Education Center from Potsdam Central School student Tobi Morin has been named Rotary Club Student of the Month for September.
Tobi is in the Software Development & Business Design Program and is the child of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Morin.

In the senior year, focus will be on computer programming using Python covering many areas. At the end of the second year, students will take the Certified Entry Level Python Programmer Exam offered by the Python Institute.
“Tobi has been very focused while in this program which led to winning the SkillsUSA Championship in Web Design & Development along with her classmate. They moved onto the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Competition Conference in Atlanta Georgia in June. Since returning in the fall, Tobi has continued to show that focus on her course work while also helping to spearhead the recruitment process to bring in future members to our chapter of SkillsUSA. Her focus and dedication continue to impress me and will absolutely serve her well in what will definitely be a bright future after high school,” said David Wells, instructor.
