The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up to co-host a Member Milestone Celebration on Thursday, October 19, 2023, in recognition of CCMI Inc’s grand opening and relocation to its new facility.
The event, set to run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 2939 State Route 14, will feature tours of the modernized 8,600 square-foot manufacturing space, light refreshments, and a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, with a designated photo opportunity at noon.
Founded in 1991 by Wells C. Lewis, CCMI Inc, an acronym for Create, Construct, Manufacture, and Invent, began as a plastic fabrication business in Auburn. Over the years, it transitioned to a larger space in downtown Geneva. With the entry of Lewis’s son, Anthony, in 2004, the company adopted new technologies and clientele. Presently, CCMI operates four core departments, including CNC Routing, CNC Machining, Thermoforming, and final fabrication. Those interested in attending the event are urged to RSVP by Monday, October 16, due to limited space. The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce is known for its specialized services, assisting businesses across various Finger Lakes communities.

FingerLakes1.com is the region’s leading all-digital news publication. The company was founded in 1998 and has been keeping residents informed for more than two decades. Have a lead? Send it to [email protected].
