The Syracuse Orange Football Team visits the No. 14 North Carolina Tar Heels at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina on Saturday, October 7 (10/7/2023) at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Orange are looking to quickly bounce back from their first loss of the season, 31-14 against Clemson at Syracuse’s homecoming game. The loss left Syracuse at 4-1 overall and 0-1 in the ACC.
Syracuse tight end Dan Villari left the game during a breakout performance with an injury, and later appeared with taped fingers, but told reporters earlier this week that he will be back in action against UNC.
Now Syracuse faces its next conference opponent, and its another challenging foe in the Tar Heels (4-0), who are undefeated and 1-0 in the conference after beating Pittsburgh 41-24 two weeks ago.
