Kirkville, N.Y. — Three people and two horses were injured Monday after a vehicle ran into the back of a horse drawn carriage in Kirkville, police said.
Around 6:20 p.m., officers responded to the 8400 block of Poolsbrook Road for an accident between a vehicle and a horse-drawn carriage, said Sgt. Ken Hatter, a spokesperson for the Manlius Police.
Hatter said a vehicle struck the horse-drawn carriage from behind, causing significant damage to the carriage.
