Police have arrested a Penn Yan man following rape investigation.
Christopher Dwello, 28, of Penn Yan was taken into custody by village police.
He was arrested on third-degree rape charges, which stemmed from an incident int he town of Macedon.
Police did not provide additional information about the incident.
However, they noted Dwello was turned over to authorities in Wayne County to answer the charges.
